If you change your mind after you have received your pillow, you can raise a return/refund request using our contact form within 100 days from the date of your order.

We provide two types of refunds which are entirely based upon whether the pillow has been opened or still in its original packaging.

1) For a full refund, we require the pillow to be unopened, sealed and in its original packaging, in a re-sellable state.

2) Otherwise, if you have remove the pillow from its packaging and you wish to return it within 100 days from when you've received it, we will issue you a refund of $100 upon receipt of your pillow.

Unfortunately, if more than 100 days have past since your purchase was made, you will not be eligible for a refund or a return.

All returns must be sent back via our free reply paid postage service. Once received, we'll inspect the pillow to ensure it has not been opened and refund accordingly.
