If you change your mind after you have received your pillow, you can raise a return/refund request using our contact form within 100 days from the date of your order. We will issue you a full refund upon receipt of your pillow.
Unfortunately, if more than 100 days have past since your purchase was made, you will not be eligible for a refund or a return.
All returns must be sent back via our free reply paid postage service. We'll issue your refund after the pillow has been received.
